PORTSMOUTH, Va. – Vice Adm. Melvin G. Williams Jr., Commander of the U.S. Navy 2nd Fleet, tours the Coast Guard’s newly constructed Atlantic Area Command Center with Vice Adm. Robert J. Papp Jr., Commander of Coast Guard Atlantic Area in Portsmouth Monday, April 27, 2009. Williams met with Papp to view the command center and discuss Coast Guard modernization issues, and during the visit he presented a 2nd fleet plaque to Papp.
